This is most certainly a problem with the application itself. There is a bug in the application which prevents you from doing video calls. The best way is to re-install the application and make sure there are no tools running at that time. During the video call, the camera shouldn't be used by any other application or you'll encounter errors.
My mouse batteries didn't get changed in time and now the device is not working. What can I do to get it to work?

In order to fix the issues, you will need to simply change your mouse batteries. If you don't know how to do it, I suggest you use Google search engine to find video tutorials and guides. If you changed the batteries but the mouse is not working, press Windows + R, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Mice and other pointing devices lists, right-click on the mouse driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the mouse and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If the problem persists, you will need to visit a local service center.
If the software gives you an error, the only thing you can do at this time is to re-install it. You shouldn't worry about anything because the application isn't part of the system to affect its functionality.
Access Logitech Support page and enter the product model for your Logitech device. You will have the possibility to download the driver and software.
